Outline Planning Permission Granted at Haverhill Business Park

Taurus Developments and Hammond Rutts have been granted outline planning permission by St Edmundsbury Borough Council and Braintree District Council for development at Haverhill Business Park.

Consent has been granted for up to 495,000 sq ft for B1, B2, B8, roadside, car dealership and builders merchant uses across the seven remaining undeveloped plots.

A reserved matters application will shortly be made for the first development – a 20,000 sq ft warehouse on Plot 4.
