Taurus Appointed by The College of Estate Management

Taurus Developments has been appointed to advise The College of Estate Management (CEM) on the acquisition of new office premises and to manage its relocation from the Whiteknights campus of University of Reading, where it has been resident since 1971.

The proposed move to, as yet, unidentified new office premises, comes as CEM continues its progress towards full independence. It aims to achieve full University status by the end of 2015.

Taurus’ appointment comes at the very start of CEM’s relocation project. The strategy is to purchase new premises in the Reading area and complete the move by the end of July 2016.
