Taurus & Barwood Capital Granted Planning Permission for Velocity, Havant

Taurus Developments and Barwood Capital have received Outline Planning Permission from Havant Borough Council for the redevelopment of the ex-Pfizer site on Stanbridge Road, Havant.

The new industrial/warehouse scheme, known as Velocity, will total 120,000 sq ft.

Demolition of the existing 1960s warehouse and site clearance will begin shortly.

CBRE and Colliers are instructed as leasing agents.
