The College of Estate Management Exchanges on Reading Offices

The College of Estate Management (CEM), advised by Taurus Developments, has exchanged contracts to purchase the freehold interest in 60 Queen’s Road, Reading from The Church Commissioners for England.

In an off-market transaction, the 23,500 sq ft office building, located in central Reading, will become the new home for CEM in the summer of 2016.

Completion of the acquisition will take place in December 2015 upon vacant possession of the property.
